Hurricane Dean

Hurricane Dean is closer to striking Mexico. It won’t hit as hard as it did to the Yucatan which it was a category five hurricane it took down trees and power lines. Also when it hit some factories were shut down. Some buildings were damaged but not the glitzy resorts of the Mayan River.

It will not hit Mexico as hard because it lost some of its power in Yucatan. It was reported that at 8:00a.m. EDT it was almost a category one or two at 90MPH. it was moving west northwest at 20 MPH. The waves will reach six to eight feet above normal.
